Sad news today...

There will be no blog today, as we have received some sad news.

One of our balwadi teachers, Ashvini Sondalkar, passed away last night. For the past few days, Ashvini had been ill with fever and other health problems. Unfortunately, she passed away before she could get timely treatment. Ashvini's daughter, Tejal, is also ill, and has been admitted to the children's ward at Holy Spirit hospital in Andheri (E). We fervently hope that she gets well soon.

This is an extremely difficult time for the family and words cannot express our sympathy and sorrow. Our thoughts are with them and we are going to do everything in our power to help them.
