They'll finally be able to go to college :)

Much has happened since our last visit to Nandurbar. In an earlier post, we had told you about how the Future Smiles team met some teens, who used to live at Karuna orphanage, to discuss and plan their further education and career prospects.
Following that visit, the team went back last week to give two of our young friends the cheques that will pay their college fees.

Here, Future Smiles community outreach worker Sachin Ingle presents Sahil Dilani with a cheque.

And this is Tejaswita Pawar. You might remember both kids from this blog post.

This money that we have given these two students will cover their college fees, giving them an opportunity that they couldn't afford till now.

In time, more kids will be able to make their dreams come true.
