For a few months now, General Direction of Mumbai Smiles has been hard at work drafting comprehensive internal policies. These are to do with the HR and administration practices within the organisation, and employee guidelines and benefits.
General Direction has been working on these policies in collaboration with Ma Foi Randstad, an international HR service provide, as well as a couple of experienced consultants. The idea is to have a policy that sets standard guidelines for all our offices across the world but one that is also adapted to each country and its work and cultural practices.
The India policy will soon be ready, after which it will be adapted to Spain and Mexico. With our organisation flourishing so quickly we trust that these policies will help us function more efficiently and utilise our resources best.
